As you might know, for Urhythmia therapy Rudolf Steiner has never given any indications with a V, neither with V or with W.
And knowing that for Aries it belongs to the head, actually to the head region, one can feel that the W and the V are actually sounds that are connecting ourselves from the head down into the body.
So it is actually a bit softly incarnating, it's almost a birthing process.
If you think of water and how the water makes us being born, going through the birth canal, but everything is liquid and soft and moving downwards.
So the W is almost like the birthing, a small birthing.
And I will try now to lead us into it in such a way that we don't stop, that we develop something that will carry on and carry on.
And then you will feel afterwards we can share of how you feel after having done so many Versus and Ws.
So.
And the other thought, other idea is if you look at our our limb system.
Then you can ask yourself, where is the head and the rhythmical system and the will system in our will?
And then you actually come to the realization that the will is in the thigh and in the upper arm, that the rhythmical system is in the lower leg and in the lower arm.
If you think of the third, for example, so on, it has to do with the rhythmical system, with our heart and with the breathing.
And that the feet and the hands, with all their multitude of possibilities of movements, they are actually outside what's in the head inside.
And it goes together with the image that Theodor shared in the very beginning, that the eye is in the center in the head, but the eye is at the periphery in the limb system.
So let's start.
So we start with threefold walking and I would just like you to relax yourself as much as possible and that you do the threefold walking in such a way that you very loosely move forwards and backwards and gently putting your toes first and so on, so that you really go right down into the periphery of all the toes, the tips of your toes as you walk.
Lifting, carrying, placing.
Lifting, carrying, placing.
Lifting, carrying, placing.
Lifting, carrying, placing.
Backwards.
Lifting, carrying, placing.
Lifting, carrying, lacing.
Lifting, carrying, lacing.
And now I will go sideways that you can see me, yes.
So that we go forwards and backwards and you can see and just try and be very relaxed and really feel right down into your soles and into the tips of your toes.
There lives in us an image of all that we could be Until we have become it, our heart is never free.
Our heart is never free.
Until we have become it, Of all that we could be, there lives in us an image.
And now we do the with it.
There lives in us an image of all that we could be until we have become it, our heart is never free.
Our heart is never free until you have become it of all that we could be, there lives in us and in it.
Now, you might have noticed that it doesn't quite flow into each other and when we worked with it in preparation, we felt actually the rocking step is actually the step that allows us to go into this watery movement that the We requires to be fully present.
So what we will do now is we will go into the rocking step.
So we go forwards one step and just rock back to the foot behind.
Then we take another step forward and we rock behind And another step forward and rock behind.
And another step forward and rock behind.
Now it goes backwards.
So we rock forward and now we move a step backwards.
We rock forward and we step backwards.
We rock forward and we step backwards and we rock forward and we step backwards.
So now let's try this again with the W, with the V and see whether that doesn't work much, much better.
O sun, so bright thou give me light and warming love from heaven above That life on earth may come to birth.
Now, we're doing it backwards.
Oh, So bright.
Give the light.
And warming love from heaven above.
That life on earth.
Will come.
To birth.
So I think you can feel how it moves much, much nicer together with a W when we do this rocking step so that we really go into this fluid and liquid and watery sheath that is kind of around us when we are still embryonic and when we eventually kind of dive out of that sheath into the outer world when we are born.
So now the next step would be that we do the rocking step with a W.
So the English W is this movement where we go forward and backward and forward And backward.
So we try that now with the rocking step as we move.
So the right foot is backwards and we just move with a step first forward.
And Now we're moving backwards.
And step.
And step And stiff.
And And you can maybe try and feel how it is kind of dripping out of your fingertips and dripping out of your toes.
Everything is like really this liquid.
And if you remember the the the arrhythmia figure, you remember that the veil, this purple veil is all around, even over the head.
It is just encompassing the whole figure somehow, this soft light veil of violet or lilac, I think.
So now let's do that again and I'll tell you a poem with that goes with it.
Where winds the water curl, Where mighty cowards whirl, Where water falls from stony shell, you see the murreous self, where water is at peace, Unmoved by gale and breeze, The surface self no more defects it sings around, reflects.
So we moved a little bit from the V, which is more in the rhythmical realm.
We went into the W, which is more in the will realm and the legs are always providing this rocking step to us.
So I'll hand over to Theodore.
What Christiane did was I stand over, just maybe to address me, just we had a sort of more a w, a v, the wind, yeah, or or the veil, the veil.
Yeah?
The veil, the German V which flows more in the height of the rhythmical system of the chest.
And with the W, Christiana did it with very did you see how relaxed her hands were?
And she moved them through water like droplets, and then they came out.
Yeah.
So again, this just hanging in the wall, and then it's clashing against the wall.
Yeah?
Just this system here.
And what I tried in Christianity did not allow me to do too much, but I love yeah, to work with the etheric body in such a way that in a way I move my etheric body, I do the work, and this takes my legs along, yeah?
That I do not make a step and a v, but that the arm movement, what I feel, somehow creates a sort of flow in my body, which then takes my legs.
And that he helps to keep the balance.
If you try again, if you just do the arm movements and you must make a step, then this leg is alone to balance.
But if I create a strong flow, which has to do with the lower system, it carries me.
Even if it starts wobbling, there's still a system which somehow doesn't mind, just enjoys and holds it.
Yeah?
Okay.
But then Christiane said, please reduce it.
Don't get lost in playing in the system.
Yeah?
Don't forget your mast, your uprightness, your inner light.
And then she liked it even more.
Okay.
And the third w not a w, it's a third ruh, would be to somehow not forget that we have a brain fluid in our head which is also moving with our breath.
So just stand upright for a moment.
And it's more knowing that when you breathe in, this fills your lungs, but also your stomach now.
And this pressure through the spinal cord creates a pressure which lifts a little bit because it contracts the spinal cord down there.
It lifts a little bit, it flows into the head and lifts the brain.
And then you breathe out and relax your belly.
From in your brain it starts flowing down again.
So a sort of breathing in creates a wave inwardly upwards.
And when you relax, you have a wave coming down.
And actually, when you watch surfers at the beach, yeah, 10:15 meter high waves, then you notice that they are on their boards and the waves just flow through them, but the water doesn't move.
So actually under waves, the lake, in the sea, you can just imagine there's an energy in the wave, the water is rising, and the water is descending again.
And then when it rises, it creates these deep walls where the surface are thrown off or can glide down, and then.
And so you can even create a sort of, maybe like an aid, that you create an aid that your hands go up, yeah, and then they come up behind your head, and they come forward, and they sink down again, and then behind your bottom they curve around.
Wow, that creates a sort of never ending wave up and down.
And then you have the choice to either go with it when the wave goes up, you also go up.
And when the wave goes down, it just takes you down.
And then after a while, you can just switch into the countercurrents, because there also see it there, you have only to notice them, you go down, and this lifts you up.
And when the arms dream up, your body just relaxes and goes down.
And you do not do it by intention, it's just happening, you go down, And that makes you upright, and you rise.
It's so nice to let go.
Yeah.
It's the countercurrent which just starts taking over.
And then relax and breathe.
Okay.
And if you have this in mind that the wave can reach this level, then you can now it's just there's this in Goethe's house, it's also in our material.
There's this wave which goes which goes from the land from the sea to the land and comes back from the land to the sea.
And so you can also create this wave coming up from down.
Yeah.
It's just going above your head and then flowing onto the beach and it disappears again in the far, in the sand.
And out of the nothing it comes back when you just receive it into the sea again and let go?
Yeah, so it's rising, embracing the sphere of your head, but then bring it into the land, on the land.
Letting it there and just coming back.
And receive.
Just another way or yeah.
So maybe that's the W on Earth, and that's the W in heavens or whatever.
I tried to do it, and Christiane that's improvising now.
Yeah.
We have not tested this.
It's even maybe a surprise for Christiane.
Refault walking.
Okay.
And you speak.
There lives in us an image of all that we could be until we have become it.
Our heart is never free.
Backwards.
Our heart is never free until we have become it of all that we could be.
There lives in us an image.
Yes, maybe just try and if you remember this walking figure in the Greek fresco, that it is so that the body is just more loose and just going above the feet and not extra.
So that you're just above your feet and not before or behind or something.
Just relax have this nice figure.
I don't know whether you know what I'm talking about.
Yeah, dear Tina.
This one.
Just this one.
It's a lady, but I'll try.
Yes, that one.
There lives in us an image of all that we could be, until we have become it.
Our heart is never free.
Our heart is never free until we have become it of all that we could be there lives in us an image.
And did you see everyone?
The beginning was much nicer, much, much nicer.
What was the difference?
Much more relaxed.
In the beginning, you were more relaxed.
The body was above the step and not in front.
Instead of what?
Instead of?
Yeah, don't fall in the front.
Just be on top of be And then try to just feel Yeah?
Yeah.
What she carries above the head.
Yeah?
Yes.
And why did you not like it too much in front?
Because you're falling in the front.
That's much nice.
Can you see everyone?
Yeah.
Much Okay.
Yes.
So Much less.
Yeah?
So Yeah.
That's maybe now learning material.
I don't see the difference so much, but you have seen what I changed, and you've maybe got a picture that you can take it home for yourself.
Next thing to try.
Now comes the rocking step.
The rocking step, just the rocking step without anything.
Yeah?
Yeah.
O sun so bright, thou give this light and warming love.
From heaven.
That light.
On earth.
Becomes.
They come to birth.
That life on may come to birth.
Yeah, lovely.
Yes.
Lovely.
Very nice.
Okay, accepted.
So next step.
So the next step was now that we do the v with it, which comes out of the middle sphere and we open wide and move forward.
And for the next day, we open wide again and go backwards for the rocking step and move forward again.
Yes, yeah, like that.
Like this.
Yeah, and more maybe in the width.
Maybe I did it too much down now so that we are really in this rhythmical realm.
Just tight, you mean?
Like this?
I mean, yeah, that we are widening in the rhythmical realm for the Ah, to become wide here, yeah?
Yes.
So not so much down.
Maybe I did it also wrong.
Like this.
Yeah.
And this.
Yeah.
Okay, I try sideways one time and maybe Yes.
Yes.
Mhmm.
Oh, sun, so bright thou give the still light and warming love from heaven.
That life.
On earth.
May come to birth.
That life on earth may come to Yeah, beautiful.
It's so nice when the body doesn't do anything extra, but just really goes with the flow of the movement and the feet and let it be carried by the will and by the movement and by the arms and doesn't do anything kind of like extra, you know, really sways into the movement of.
That was very beautiful.
And I wondered whether you could feel, I mean, maybe we are sharing only later, but maybe that you can feel how you are present now in your body, how your hands are warm and the blood is right at the fingertips and the toe tips and that one is really at the very periphery, really birthing oneself into being.
Yes, so that one really feels I have arrived at my periphery, I have arrived at my whole will existence.
Okay, what next?
If you don't I would like to improve.
You can tell me to better this or that.
No, it's good.
Do the next step now.
Let's do the next step with the W.
Yeah.
So now we are deep down in the will and we are even more watery and more fluid, kind of.
Where winds water curl, where mighty cards whirl, where water falls from stony shelf you see the merciful Where water is at peace, Unmoved by gale and breeze, The surface self no more defects, Its things around reflects.
Yes, can still be a little bit more watery That one has the feeling one doesn't have bones anymore.
One is really like algae in the water and very kind of soft joints, everything just soft and floating.
Yes, you want to try again?
I hope we others also try to become more watery.
Help me, please.
Because you don't tell me how I can do it.
You only tell me what you want to see.
But I give it a try and maybe the others have ideas.
Allows us to do it to become more watery.
Yeah.
Okay, we give it a try.
Where winds the water curl, where mighty currents will, Where water falls from stony shelf, you see the merciful.
Where water is at peace, unmoved by gale and breeze, The surface self no more defects, it things around, reflects.
Good.
Yes.
And there's still the head not sticking out, but still there.
It's still above it all.
So it's like the mast of a ship.
The ship goes, but the mast is still on top of it.
What?
The head should stick more out or less?
Yeah, no, it should still be upright.
It should be upright.
Sticking out, but being the mast in all of this.
Okay, I give it a try.
Watery and mast.
Yes.
Yes.
Okay.
Where wind Right.
I need my mast.
Where winds the water curl, where mighty currents were, where water falls from stony shelf.
You see the self where water is at peace.
Unmoved by gale and breeze, As surface self no more defects it things around reflect.
Yeah.
Lovely.
Very nice.
But I notice now I feel good.
It's very nice to have someone watching you.
Maybe because my body now feels very, not so much warm, but very it's lively, like water droplets and so on.
And it could be because I felt Christiane not watching me, but Yeah.
That's something nice.
Yeah.
And then I even started somehow smiling with the last thing.
Also when you said in the beginning with the threefold walking, stay a little bit more upright, maybe it's not only, can it come only out of myself, but it's a little bit, you and me, I don't know, some kind of joy came about.
