Variation 1
What I would like to suggest is when you start your rhythm, that you somehow awaken first your physical and your etheric body in a very specific way to get out of the everyday and the ordinary life somehow that we awaken to ourselves and that we feel ourselves.
And we can just relax the head and the shoulders and the arrhythmia therapists among you will know this very well.
But especially the upper arms, that you really drop them and your head and your hips and your knees and your ankles, that you really feel you drop and breathe out as you feel yourself being relaxed.
And then you go from above your head where your star is, and from there you go all the way down.
So you open the head and you let the beam of the star go right into you and through you and down onto the earth.
Just very simple upright, loose but lovely upright.
And then we open ourselves towards the earth.
And we feel we need the earth.
And you might feel how you relax also the spine, the kidneys.
And you enclose your feelings, your middle realm, you just enclose it so that you are not all over the place, but that you really feel you contain yourself.
And you feel your whole being, the uprightness, the openness and the contentment.
And then you let go.
And you let go of the legs.
And we do it one more time.
So from the head downwards, the neck is loose, the shoulders are loose, the upper arms, that's most important, and the spine and the hips can bend a bit and the knees and the ankles.
And we breathe out.
And as we lift up ourselves, we feel how the beam from the star above us goes right through us into our feet, so that we are straight and upright, but still loose, not terribly stretched or anything, just upright.
And we open towards the Earth.
And we still have the upright and the opening.
But now we have the upright and the opening and the contentment.
We contain ourselves.
This is my space.
Nobody is to intrude it.
And we let go.
And we let go.
And we let go.
And now we want to awaken our etheric body and that is that we can imagine that we are a six pointed star.
So there's a triangle that goes down to our feet and a triangle that's kind of at the knees and goes up to our head.
And now we take those two triangles a little bit apart, the one following gravity and the other one following the cosmic force of levity, the cosmic force of the etheric.
So we go with our right foot forward and pull out the one triangle down so that it is from here right down and there's this triangle being pulled a little bit down.
And the other triangle goes all the way up above ourselves and feel the connecting line between the fingertips up there.
And you can feel that levity and gravity are now in harmony.
I'm not only in gravity and I'm also not only in levity.
So we do it again, the feet are first, gravity weighs downwards.
Light streams upwards.
And you feel yourself in the middle, in the solar plexus, that there's a little bit of a tension holding.
And that shows that we are the bridge between heaven and earth, just there in the middle in this solar plexus realm.
Gravity weighs downwards.
Pull the triangle down.
Light streams up.
And we let the other triangle move right out.
And I am the bridge between heaven and earth.
So these two exercises are always very good to do in the beginning whenever one does your rhythm so that one first collects one's physical body together and then one prepares one's etheric body to really feel the lightness and so on and that nothing hurts afterwards.
You know, whenever we do anything in urhythmic, that there's nothing that hurts us or that we become too muscular.
