Variation 4

I would like to start again with our ERO and with light, with gravity and light. And we do it slightly differently again. We just add a little bit on top of it. So let's first do the original one, and then we add a little bit onto it.
Close our feet. Make sure your shoulders are rested, Everything's hanging loosely. And we go down a little bit. Head down, shoulders a little down. Bend your back tiny little bit, just a fraction so that you can feel you're loose. Bend your hips and your knees and your ankles.
Bend upper arms nice and loose. And then we do just the I a o how we all know it in its original form. Straight as a candle I can stand. Strength in our arms and legs warms our heart with love.
And leave the O there, just take your hands away. Leave the Ah there, just take your feet away. And leave the E there waiting for you and we take this away. Take the uprightness away. But we know the E is within us. So now we go down with the O again, how we did it last time. Straight as a candle I can stand.
Strength in our arms and legs. Ooze our heart with love. And we go down all the way and feel what that does. What does that do?
The O stays, but our hands go away. The Ah stays, but we take our feet away. And the E stays, but we go out of it. We rest. And now we make it a little stronger in the way that we take the orb also behind.
Straight as a candle, I can stand in. Strength in our arms and legs. Ooze our heart with love. And now we go down with the oo and we go behind with the oo. So we just go through and behind. And feel what that does.
Leaves all the hair, leaves the eye there, just take our feet away and the uprightness stays. So that's just a variation to make it stronger. So now we go gravity and light. Right foot goes into gravity, ways downward. Light streams upward.
I am the bridge between heaven and earth. And now also to make it a little stronger, we now go on tippy toes when we go out, but we let our arms pull us up. Gravity way downward. Now the arms pull you out of gravity. Light streams upward.
And I am the bridge between heaven and earth. And I'd like you to feel what does change, what does that do to my body. Clarity ways downward, light streams upward.
I'm the bridge between heaven and earth. Breathe out and feel what happened with this, with this lightness that took you right out of gravity. And where does it show? Thank you very much. I hand over back to Theodore.
