Other exercises for bedwetters
A with the legs
- A into a squat
- Jumping apart: 1-2-3-4-5.
Repeat several times. - Jump directly into A.
- Then go from A into a deep squat.
Walking a spiral
- Drawing a large spiral inwards: “In, in, in.”
- Becoming a small snail from a large one.
- Inside, saying “Good morning” to oneself: A - U.
Note: If the testicles remain high in the body and do not descend into the scrotum, then the child is not yet properly incarnated.
B often helps better against incontinence than F
Adults: B with the foot close to the floor
- First lead the toes to the side, then reach out far and form into a round B
- Reach right into the toes.
Older people:
- Older people suddenly sleep through the night.
Children:
"I build my house with big round walls…"
I build it strong … (Play or practice sentence)
E for bedwetters
Bedwetters are usually thin and anorexic. E can also help here.

Then we have the F-sound (Frau Baumann). This involves something psychological. There one must try to execute the jump thus: One prepares to jump and tries to move forwards, but now, when jumping, land strictly on the tips of the toes, now heel down - now again heel down, now again heel down. With V it would be the same.
Here we have a movement which should be practised if one finds that urination is not in order. So it has a stimulating effect on urination. If one is therefore obliged for any reason to stimulate this somehow, then one should have this movement performed.
It is naturally quite possible that one combines these movements in the most varied ways, for one will indeed find, when one has to treat, that one has to work by combining one thing or another in one direction or the other.
