Variation 3

Hello everyone, welcome to our third session and I'm looking forward to it. Let's start with ERO and I show you maybe a few more variations about it. First, do it the classical way and then we will expand on it. So, at first we make sure that our feet are together, that we are standing upright loosely. And then we let go of our head and our neck and our upper arms, very important.
And really shoulders, let them hang and then you bend the hips and the knees and the ankles. And you breathe, that you just really relax. And now we just lift ourselves up from above. So the star above us calls us and we are going in line with him And feel him shining right down into our feet. And we open arms and legs. And we enclose our feeling.
And keep the enclosement, just take your arms away, but feel that you're actually keeping it, you're keeping the sheaths around you. And then we take away the Ah and we drop our E once more. So now we want to increase our awareness or our warmth in our Will section. So now we can change the ERO a little bit.
So we go E.
Now we do the Oh in the middle. Oh.
But we lead it right down into the will So to warm through our digestive system, become more aware of it, to hold it, to warm it. And to let go of the O, let go of the Ah, and you let go of the E. So we just do that again, slight kind of variation. And now I would like you to observe if there is a response of that region. When you take the oar down, is there, do you feel there's a response in that region?
Let's just do it again one more time. Let go of the head. Loosen the arms, the shoulders, the neck. Bend the hips and the knees and the ankles.
We let go of the we let go of the Ah, and we are staying upright. I don't know about you, but the response that I have and you know maybe that many people nowadays have hernias. So the covering of our intestines is kind of getting porous and often intestines then have the opportunity to get through and not being held and then they need operations to have little covers in there. And when we do this all, it is like there's a strengthening of the covering of our belly. I don't know whether you can feel it, but one can feel as if the strength is coming there. So, strength to cover these muscles is a bit more intensified. Let's try it one more time and then we go to the next.
Let go of the head, neck, shoulders, upper arms, legs. And let go of the Oh, let go of the Ah, and we stay upright. Lovely. Now the next thing is our gravity and light.
And feel how we stand in the middle and how this region is warmed through by these overlapping triangles. So we go into our right foot, lower triangle, left foot and up again into, right onto our breastbone. And then from below we go into our right arm, draw to our left arm And down again. And the two triangles overlap in the solar plexus region.
And release. Gravity weighs downward. Light streams upward. I am the bridge between heaven and earth. Gravity weighs downward. Light streams upward.
Am the bridge between heaven and Lovely. So next time we can also make a slight change on the second exercise. But I'm handing it back to Theodore now.
