Aries and W

Repeat the Arias gesture. Just stand upright. It's the first sign in the sequence of the 12. You can ask you, where does it come from? Is it the first? Or is it one in a circle which has a certain role?
And the gesture of arias is that you just feel into your right side with your hands, and then feel your hands and slowly bring them towards your inner verticality, that you have the feeling you can touch with your hands your inner verticality, and then you let it rise, and by rising somehow the counter current brings your chin towards the rising hand and makes it stop. So they meet on the surface. It's like the surface of the earth.
And let go, and breathe, and make a little step. Did you get the picture that sometimes it's said the head, the chin goes down when you do Arias, but it's actually because the hand is coming up, yeah, the chin just wants to meet it and the counterculture carries it down. So just touch out into the sphere around you. Slowly bring it into your center. Somehow you connect it with your lower being. You let your inner light rise and make you upright. And this makes your chin feel it.
But inwardly you become tall, light fit, big. Make a little step. And there is a video in the course where it shows how it can be transformed from paces to here, which I do not now know. And just move a little bit the W gesture, the V.
Christiani will bring the difference, but just a wave forward. Let energy rise in your body, become a wave, stream forward, dive down again, stream up, and let it flow in through your fingertips into the periphery without losing yourself. I feel I arrive at myself when I go there. Great. And maybe you have heard that the arms only show what's happening in the body.
Arrhythmia takes place in the body and the arms somehow show it. So when you do it, it's moving up and down in your body. So it's rising. It's going down.
It's rising in you. And while you do this, it streams forward. And now try to remember that feeling of arias. How was it? Can you see it in this gesture? As if a sort of out.
Let's do it one more time, just a gesture, and then you sit down. Just feel into the right space. And what is the left one doing? Maybe it feels into the lower or it is there. Bring the right quality in.
Connect with your inner energies. Let them rise. Let the chin meet. And start enjoying, feeling, sensing.
Let go and breathe. Now the invitation is that we do it together, and you do your w towards let's do the rocking step. Yeah. Without speaking, do it at your own speed. You just move forward. Let's just do the w maybe And back. And then again, forward.
And back. And again, forward and back. That's now a discovery we had half a year ago when preparing.
We had a row of people standing opposite, and they just did a sign belonging to this consonant, which in this case is Arius. And they now invite you to walk back to where you can start, to do maybe three or four times a W with rocking step, or if you prefer a German Vuh, do this one. And I only do ARIES, ARIES, gesture. And you just try to have the feeling, yes, you do it in front of Ares. How do you feel? What does it do to you? Okay, so I start, Aries.
You see me doing it. And you do your double rocking step, somewhere in connection with me. And I feel you doing the RW with walking steps. What does this do to me?
Then let go, relax, slowly return. Or maybe you have already returned. And let go. And now to finish this, you do the Arias gesture. I start helping you to come into, and then I do the rocking step only forward four times, and you feel what does it do to you?
And I imagine so many areas in front of me. What does it do to me? And then you sit down to listen to the presence. What's up, areas? So feel your left side relaxed. Yeah, the left side is the side connected to the Earth somehow.
And feel into your right side. Invite the right side in to your center, connect with it, and let your hand, your inner uprightness just happen. And the head connect with it and then feel the plane by me. And still feel a little bit what I'm doing.
Slowly sit down, listen to the resonance. And by sitting down, take along what you've just been doing. How do you feel your body now? Is it more space? Is it more substance you feel?
Is bright? It Or rather tendency to darker sensations. What color would you give it? Or what colors? How do you feel your shoulder girdle? How large your chest, your breath, how wide is it or how contained?
And if contained more held or more nicely protected or Narrowed in. How do you feel your thighs? How your feet? And the total experience, how would you describe it for yourself?
And which mood do you meet? And looking at and looking into your body. Being And maybe when you go through the second time, maybe where it was cold before, suddenly it's wrong. Allow yourself to notice that these things are not fixed. They are.
In movement.
