Variation 7

I just want to remind you of why we are doing it the way we are doing it. So the ERO is to really enter your physical body, that you really feel yourself in your threefoldness. So you go from the will into the thinking and down, so that these two streams actually meet into the uprightness. Then we feel we go into the will and we open towards the will. And at last we contain our feeling, we contain our middle.
And then we feel we are there thinking, willing and feeling, and it weaves all together into one wholeness. And that is very important. So let's relax a little bit the head and down with the shoulders. Relax your upper arms and your knees and ankles and hips and the head. Let your head really drop down and breathe out And now we feel the star above us calling us and it wants to shine into our fontanelle, the highest point on top of our head. So we go there and open it.
Feel the feet on the floor warmly. And we are just straight, nothing else, just straight. And feel your head enlarged in the thinking realm. Now we go into the will open towards the earth.
And the earth, the forces of the earth can stream into us. And now we contain ourselves with the awe. And we hold ourselves that the feeling is not all over the place but that we are holding it and we are within ourselves. And we let go of the O, we let go of the Ah and we let go of the E. And now let's say we have got somebody whose life is a little bit chaotic or we ourselves we feel our life is a little bit chaotic, so then we can do and fetch the O from the upper realm.
Open to the ground. Go up to the world above you, to the sinking realm with your oh. You can even go on tippitos. Good. And then you take the oar all the way down from above to below to bring order into your life.
And to really feel, yes, I've got myself in hands. I'm not all over the place. I can deal with all the chaos around me. And let go. And let go.
And let go. And we drop again the head and the knees and the neck and the upper arms, and we breathe out. Now feel the stream from the head down into the feet. And keep your E, whatever you do, just keep your E steady. Now we go up into this thinking realm with our Oh and collect the Au from above and bring it all the way down to create order, to create warmth and to feel our own sphere around us, even behind us.
And we let go And we let go. And the E we keep. So now how do we feel now? We are feeling more, more within ourselves.
Now we go into gravity and light. So we awaken our etheric body. Gravity weighs downwards. Light streams upwards. And stretch your elbows through, stretch your wrists through into the fingertips and the feet are open in about a 45 degrees angle, open feet. You really feel you are grounded, but you also feel you're going up.
We are the bridge between heaven and earth. And look straight, so don't look up, but really look straight out that you keep this bridge alive. Now we are trying to go onto our tippy toes as we go. Gravity way downward. Now we go up. Light streams upward.
And you feel the connection between our feet and the connection between our fingertips. And it's closed and we are not flying away and we are not being sucked up by the Earth. And I am the bridge between heaven and earth.
Nice, upright. Good. Gravity way downward. Light streams upward. I am the bridge between heaven and earth.
