Variation 6
I would like to start with ERO and gravity and light.
And what I would like is that we go a little bit deeper into it.
So the ERO, I did last time in quite a different way, in such a way that when you do the oar that goes from the top all the way down, you bring the quality of the head, bringing order and symmetry into the whole organism, works very strongly when the oo comes from the top right down to your feet.
If there are any irregularities in heart or digestion, then the awe that when we started from the head brings always order and calmness and wholeness into it.
So that's what I wanted you to experience and we will do it again now.
So we do it three times, the E R O, And we do it three times in the way that we come with the U from the top down.
So we let go a little bit, our head, our shoulders hang, our knees and ankles and hips relax and breathe out.
So let you let go.
And then we do the E just stretching through gently and feeling the star above you and the warmth of the earth below you.
We open and we do it very slowly so that we really feel the opening gesture.
Open, open, open.
And Let go of the oh.
Let go of the ah, and let go of the I.
Now we take it one step further that the oh also moves behind us.
And keep the O's here, just take your hands away.
But the O's still around you.
Take the Ah away, the Ah is still connecting with the Earth and the E, we don't forget the star above us.
Now another step, when we do the Oh and the arms go up, we go on tippy toes.
And relax the feet on the ground, take the ah away and keep the e.
So now we do gravity and light.
Right foot starts, Gravity waves down.
Light streams up.
And I am the bridge between heaven and earth.
So feel this triangle that goes from your breastbone right down into the feet.
Gravity weighs downwards, this triangle.
Now comes the other triangle, upwards.
Light streams upwards.
And this triangle needs to be closed between the fingers, Feel the line.
The ending of the triangle between your right fingertips and your left fingertips so that it's nice and closed.
And I am the bridge between heaven and earth.
Now we go one step further and we also go as we go up into the light, we pull ourselves also on our toes.
Gravity weighs down.
Light streams upward.
And am the bridge between heaven and earth.
And you will feel now that we have really arrived in our fingertips and in our toes.
