Variation 5
Now we'll do the ERO slightly differently today.
And this is a way one can do it if one feels one is a bit frazzled.
If you look at the human body, you can see that the head is actually something very symmetrical.
Everything is symmetrical.
The ears, the eyes, the nose, the teeth, everything is symmetrical.
And the inner organs are not symmetrical except the kidneys.
But otherwise everything is on one or the other side.
So everything that is symmetrical in our body comes from the head forces.
So if you are a bit frazzled or not right together, then you can do the ERO in this following way.
So I'll introduce it now.
So, take our feet together first, relax our head, relax our shoulders, our upper arms, bend our spine a little bit and bend the hips and the knees and the ankles and upper arms nice and loose, that there's no tension in the upper arms.
And now we go through ourselves and become a beam of light.
Straight as a candle, I can stand.
Strengthen our arms and legs.
And now we go all the way up on tippy toes and the Oh also above.
So you strengthen the head forces and then you take the Oh all the way down and behind so that you really feel getting order into yourself and the oneness.
And then you let go and you let go you let go again.
Head, arms, spine, hips, knees, ankles and we do it one more time.
And let go.
And let go.
And let go.
So, hope you can feel what happens when you go on tippy toes, that you have much more struggle to keep your balance and that brings the I and the ego in.
Straight as a candle I can stand You go up on tippy toes.
And let go.
And let go.
And there we are.
Now we do gravity and light.
Right foot starts with a triangle.
The triangle starts at your breastbone and goes all the way down and you really bring it down to the earth to be more present in the will.
Gravity weighs downwards.
Now you take it from there and you create the other triangle that goes all the way up to your arm with your arms.
Light streams upward.
You feel the light behind you.
Again on toes, look straight, don't look up.
That's important.
And you come back into this middle realm.
And one more time.
Gravity way downwards.
Light streams up.
And I am the bridge between heaven and earth.
Gravity weighs downwards.
Light streams up.
See that you stretch your elbows through and you go right into your fingertips.
You're really going to the periphery.
I am the bridge between heaven and So now we have woken up our etheric body a little bit and we can carry on.
