Большой жест «Э»
In this video, you learn to perceive far into the periphery and to remain centered at the same time.
Spread your arms out to the left and right and then ever further and ever further and further.
Do you also get the feeling that you get pulled apart in the center?
Repeat it a bit more gently.
Does it still have this effect that just isn't pleasant?
That it pulls me apart in the middle?
When you have the feeling the arm is actually connected to the opposite shoulder, then stretching out actually causes it to pull on that shoulder.
And the same goes for the other arm, pulling on its opposite shoulder.
Then spread out both arms and remind yourself that this arm is connected to the opposite shoulder and the other arm is connected to its opposite shoulder.
And in now spreading out the left arm pulls the right shoulder towards the body and the right arm pulls the left shoulder towards the body.
And as you reach out into the periphery ever further and further, you will notice that you are increasingly centered in the middle.
In the big a, you feel yourself centered in yourself, but nevertheless, feel connected to the surroundings, almost as if you would touch it or it would touch you.
This a is also based on the exchange of energy described in the a of the two columns.
That's why one can call this gesture an a, which enlivens and strengthens the body from within.
If you've experienced that this gesture enlivens, fulfills, strengthens, and straightens you whilst doing it, then still take time after letting go of the gesture to experience your body's response to what you've done.
В этом видео вы научитесь ощущать пространство далеко на периферии и при этом сохранять внутреннее равновесие.
