Основной жест «И»

In this video, I'll show you the basic aspects of the eurhythmic e gesture And what this gesture has to do with you? Let's repeat the archetypal aspects of the e, becoming upright through creating roots as it is described in the similarly named video. We stand up straight, feel into our bodies, have the hands held here like two bowls, stream deep down into the earth and feel how as of a certain moment, the countercurrent strengthens us up inwardly. Now we create the e gesture with the help of the countercurrent. Bring both hands in front of the body as we did previously.
And now only stream down with the left hand and allow the right to stream up with the countercurrent. Try to be mainly active on the left hand side. Here, you apply force intention to go down. In the right arm, you are only active in being aware of the countercurrent which it follows. So actively streaming down and passively allowing the arm to be lifted.
Have a look how far you get up with the right arm by only being active in the left arm. Experiment with the tension. The tone is in the left hand. Whether you can move the right hand up faster, more weightlessly, or let it rise up higher. It very easily happens that the left arm is already stretched out before the right arm has arrived above.
This doesn't matter because in urethmi, a spatial limit is not the final issue. You can simply stream down further and further through the left arm and allow this to lift the other arm until it is also fully stretched. Try to do this again, slowly streaming down and then extending the right arm completely through streaming down, only by streaming down. After streaming, becoming rooted, and lifting the arm, the second phase of the e follows, raying through the gesture. Concentrate yourself on the area of the heart and inwardly ray out to above and below from this area.
Ray through the gesture the power of your heart and notice how by doing this, your gaze gets more present and stronger. Creating this gesture within the current and the countercurrent. And then starting afresh, raying through the arms from within. E is a sound full of tension. It expresses our human condition of living constantly within polarities, always intention.
And when you start to stretch the arms in e, start to ray through, become more and more enthusiastic within it, then it could be that the gesture becomes so strong that you yourself become quite skewed, a victim of your own extension. That's why the next phase of the e is called and nothing makes me skew, not even myself. So stream out through your arms full of enthusiasm, the right going up, the left down, but stream even more in the middle. The asymmetric tension on the left and right is the challenge to exert even more raying activity in the middle and to become even straighter there. Reying and noticing how that wishes to skew one, and reying and noticing how a third level wishes to be addressed within you so that skewness is no problem anymore and is included in the whole.
Have you asked yourself why in the basic gesture of the e, the right arm points up and the left down? As I explained in the video, the right and the left column, it has to do with the fact that we are differently constituted on the right than on the left. On the right, we have an energy system that is more connected with forces that stream from above to below and which straightens itself with the help of these forces. On the left, an energy system that senses the forces streaming up out of the earth and that connects itself with these and feels itself carried by them. The e unfolds itself in the zone of tension between the left and right columns.
On the right, it strives towards the formative forces streaming down from above, and it serves itself in the face of their light. And on the left, it feels the connection to the earth and takes up the life carrying and replenishing forces from there. Finally, I remind you that as in all the eurhythmic movements, the legs and the lower body finally accompany the movement of the arms. Through that, you have a good connection to the earth. Your gestures have a greater power of expression and become more personal.
